  • Wet weather delays for 3 days
  • Installed new set of doors at unit 809 upper level living room
  • Completed painting at car park entry section
  • Screeded around unit 814 Roof Terrace rebuilt plinth 
  • Completed Sikaflex joint sealant installation at LVL2 and Roof Terrace skirting tiles
  • Replaced unit 501 broken balustrade glass panel

In the week ahead

  • Complete tiling at unit 809 upper balcony including skirting and grouting
  • Rectify unit 809 living room new sliding door issues
  • Install Hydropoxy membrane and tiling at unit 201 courtyard missing section (next to parapet wall cut-out)
  • Finish new lights installation on Level 2 and Roof Terrace fencing
  • Install hydropxy membrane and tiling around unit 814 Roof Terrace rebuilt plinth
  • Sikaflex sealant installation to LVL2 and Roof Terrace tiling expansion joints
  • Continue with defect repairs
