- Completed screed repairs and hydrepoxy installation on Roof Top and LVL2 cut-out sections.
- Prepared all areas for tiling (cleaning off excess grout, screed etc).
- Removed materials and tools from store room and car park areas.
- Ben Rafferty re-connected unit 707 A/C unit.
- Continued with defect repairs.
In the week ahead
- Evolution windows to change unit 809 sliding doors to the agreed configuration.
- Complete tile and grout repairs at affected areas.
- Commence reinstallation of removed fencing.
- Install unit 305 new main bathroom fan & repair ceiling.
- Expansion joint sealant application on hold due to high moisture content in screed.
- Continue with defect repairs.
