  • Completed screed repairs and hydrepoxy installation on Roof Top and LVL2 cut-out sections.
  • Prepared all areas for tiling (cleaning off excess grout, screed etc).
  • Removed materials and tools from store room and car park areas.
  • Ben Rafferty re-connected unit 707 A/C unit.
  • Continued with defect repairs.

In the week ahead

  • Evolution windows to change unit 809 sliding doors to the agreed configuration.
  • Complete tile and grout repairs at affected areas.
  • Commence reinstallation of removed fencing.
  • Install unit 305 new main bathroom fan & repair ceiling.
  • Expansion joint sealant application on hold due to high moisture content in screed.
  • Continue with defect repairs.
