  • Complete render and internal plaster repairs at unit 809 upper balcony.
  • Complete painting between ground floor and level 2 on Western facade.
  • Install hydropoxy membrane and tiling at unit 201 courtyard missing section (next to parapet wall cut-out).
  • Finish new lights installation on Level 2 and Roof Terrace fencing.
  • Install HYDROPXY membrane and tiling around unit 814 Roof Terrace rebuilt plinth.
  • SIKAFLEX sealant installation to LVL2 and Roof Terrace tiling expansion joints.
  • Continue with defect repairs.

In the week ahead

  • Completed painting at GF - LVL2 Western facade and defect touch-ups throughout building.
  • Completed painting at unit 809 upper balcony.
  • Completed internal plasterboard repairs at unit 809 upper level.
  • Investigated and commenced removing affected fence panels, tile and screed where fence light power feed cables are damaged (15 plinths).
  • Rectified Southern fire stair entry leak.
  • Continued with defect repairs.
