Stage 1 

  • Leaf guards installed on top of drains 
  • Tiling terrace around 21 and 30 to grouting and silicon joints - 99% completed 

Stage 2

  • Final dilapidation report on 37 completed
  • Corrected falls created to Unit 44 balcony
  • Balcony of Unit 29 waterproof primer applied
  • Unit 8 crack filled
  • Unit 8 terrace water test and report - membrane fail
  • Unit 8 Planter water test and report - membrane fail
  • Unit 25 AC removed and tile removal started
  • Unit 20 balcony tiles removed
  • Unit 28 balcony tiles removed
  • Unit 29 rebuild balcony corners (blue board)
  • Unit 28 internal repairs started

In the week ahead

Stage 1 

  • Privacy screens to be re instated (delayed last week from rain)
  • Oxidisation at the base of privacy screen to Unit 30 to be fixed (delayed last week from rain)
  • Internal mould damage repair to Unit 20 
  • Re-instate corrugated metal siding around terrace

Stage 2

  • Water test for new leak to Unit 42 (delayed last week from rain)
  • Unit 25 finish tile and waterproof removal and apply waterproofing primer
  • Unit 28 finish waterproof removal, apply waterproofing primer and create correct falls to drain
  • Unit 29 create correct falls to drain
  • Unit 20 finish waterproof removal, apply waterproofing primer
  • Remove tiles on Balcony 28 & 20
  • Unit 44 remove and reinstall door
