Week commencing 29 August

Stage 1 

  • Privacy screens reinstalled on Unit 21  & 30 terrace 
  • Internal mould damage repair to Unit 20 completed 
  • Oxidisation at the base of privacy screen to Unit 30 started 
  • Unit 21 cut outs inside wall to find water leak
  • Building A corrugated foam installed under low pitched roofing and flashing beneath dormer windows 

Stage 2

  • Unit 7 terrace water test and report - Membrane fail 
  • Unit 7 planter water test and report - Membrane fail 
  • Unit 25 complete tile removal and waterproofing removal - 80%
  • Unit 20 balcony waterproofing removed and large dip clearly revealed 
  • Unit 28 balcony waterproofing removed, levels started and blue board corners rebuild 
  • Unit 28 internal repairs completed, waterproof removal completed and started slopes to drain 
  • Unit 29 rebuild balcony corners and started slopes to drain
  • Unit 37 bathroom glass blocks pressure washed and sealed 
  • Unit 37 ensuite shower gyprock ceiling repair removed to verify no more water ingress
  • Unit 42 started interior balustrade, bathroom ceiling and fire check removed to reveal roofing and gutter exposing points of leaking 

In the week ahead

Stage 1 

  • Oxidisation at the base of privacy screen to Unit 30 started, to be completed early next week

Stage 2

  • Unit 20 in fill dip in slab, apply waterproofing primer and create correct falls to drain, cut out blue board and replace with FC sheeting 
  • Unit 28 finish slopes, membrane and bond breaker 
  • Unit 29 finish slopes, membrane and bond breaker 
  • Unit 39 create slopes to drain, membrane and bond breaker 
  • Unit 42 finish stabilizing interior balustrade
  • Unit 44 remove and reinstall door
