  • Oxidation repair and paint at the base of privacy screen to Unit 30 completed 

Stage 2

  • Unit 20 dip in slab filled 
  • Unit 25 elevations drawings completed 
  • Unit 28 finish slopes, hydrepoxy
  • Unit 29 finish slopes, hydrepoxy and bond breaker 
  • Unit 40 tiles and waterproofing removed in front balcony 
  • Unit 43 remove sliding door, repair hob, install angle, waterproofing and reinstall
  • Unit 44 remove sliding door, repair hob, install angle, waterproofing and reinstall
  • Unit 44 front balcony tile - 90% removed 

In the week ahead

Stage 1 

  • Finish hanging door to privacy screen in Unit 30

Stage 2

  • Unit 20 finish waterproofing removal to hob and create falls to drain 
  • Unit 23 cut hole in ceiling - pending access (residents aware, awaiting access)
  • Unit 25 remove metal cladding 150 mm high along balcony for correct waterproofing application 
  • Unit 28 complete blueboard in corners of balcony and bond breaker 
  • Unit 39 create slopes to drain, hydrepoxy and bond breaker 
  • Unit 40 hydrepoxy, slopes to drain and bond breaker 
  • Unit 42 finish stabilizing interior balustrades 
  • Unit 44 AC degas and disconnect (Monday 8-11 am) front balcony finish tile removal, remove waterproofing, hydrepoxy, slopes to drain and bond breaker 
  • Membrane balconies in Unit 28, 29, 42, 43, and 44
