Stage 1 

  • Finished hanging door to privacy screen (Unit 30)
  • Sheet metal siding started

Stage 2

  • Unit 25 cut back metal siding to get hob, cut away fire check (absorbing water) to get hob, removed waterproofing from hob, applied hygrepoxy, levels for slopes set ready
  • Unit 28 completed blueboard corners and bond breaker 
  • Unit 39 sliding door removed, hob repaired, green board (internal product) replaced with blue board (external product) returns, angles installed, waterproofing and reinstalled door
  • Unit 40 hydrepoxy applied, levels for slope prepared, applied floor leveler to achieve slope 
  • Unit 44 degassed and disconnected air conditioning units, tile removal completed, waterproof removal, hydrepoxy applied, levels for slope prepared, applied floor leveler to achieve slopes
  • Unit 42, 43, and 44 balcony membrane completed 

In the week ahead

Stage 1 

  • Sheet metal siding to be completed
  • Air conditioning re-installation to Units 21 and 30

Stage 2

  • Unit 20 finish waterproofing removal to hob and create falls to drain 
  • Unit 23 cut hole in ceiling - pending access (residents aware, awaiting access)
  • Unit 25 cross cut to do 100 mm spitters on Monday, floor levels for slopes, remove door, waterproof and reinstate door 
  • Unit 34 start work items 
  • Unit 39 hydrepoxy and bond breaker 
  • Unit 40 hydrepoxy and bond breaker 
  • Unit 42 draw and get steel posts manufactured for internal balustrade
  • Unit 44 hydrepoxy and bond breaker 
  • Membrane balconies in Unit 28, 29, and 39
  • Tile Units 42, 43, and 44
