Stage 1 

  • Sheet metal siding completed 
  • Air Conditioning units reinstalled to Units 21 and 30 

Stage 2

  • Unit 7 & 8 planters excavated 
  • Unit 23 cut hole in ceiling for water ingress observation 
  • Unit 23 fastened sliding door and sealed gap 
  • Unit 25 floor leveler started, 100 mm spitter, sliding door removed and repairs started
  • Unit 34 glass block cleaned and sealed 
  • Unit 34 items started: render repair, 1st coat of epoxy paint on sil for glass blocks. plasterboard cut away in bedroom for mastic joints replacement 
  • Unit 35 storm moulds replaced and window reveals sealed and now waterproofed
  • Unit 45 exterior window and fan sealed 
  • Unit 28, 29, 39, 40, and 44 front balcony membrane completed
  • Unit 39, 40, and 42 hydrepoxy application and bond breaker 
  • Plant room started fan removal

In the week ahead

Stage 2

  • Tiling to start Thursday 
  • Plant room, completed fan removal estimate area coverage and order fire rated materials 
  • Unit 7 continue to pursue access to take up mod wood and remove waterproofing 
  • Unit 8 take up mod wood and remove waterproofing 
  • Unit 20 finish waterproof removal to hob and create falls to drain and hydrepoxy 
  • Unit 25 complete repairs around door and reinstall, complete floor leveling and hydrepoxy
  • Unit 34 complete render, mastic and paint sill
  • Unit 42 draw and get steel posts manufactured for internal balustrade 
  • Unit 45 flood test newly sealed window and fan 
  • Unit 7 & 8 complete old waterproof removal of planters, hydrepoxy and membrane
