Stage 2

  • Plant fan removed 
  • Unit 7 granted access for starting Tuesday next week 
  • Unit 7 & 8 old waterproofing removed from planter boxes 
  • Unit 8 mod wood labeled and stored for re use, joists and bearers removed, waterproofing under deck - 90% completed 
  • Unit 20 finished waterproofing removal, started waterproofing primer and installing water stop angles, ground back all metal and painted with 2 part epoxy that will be under waterproofing 
  • Unit 21 & 30 terrace - fascia measured and ordered from FC sheeting cutters and above skirting tile sampling completed 
  • Unit 25 completed waterproofing under door, new sub sill installed, returns re-sheeted with FC sheeting replacing plaster board 
  • Unit 34:
    • render repairs and painting
    • removed plaster board from exterior wall
    • wall sealed
    • mastic joints re-sealed
    • sealed other open joints and re-hung plaster board
    • glass block pressure washed and joints sealed
    • glass block sills cleaned and etched
    • painted two coats with 2 part epoxy paint
    • silicone joints in sill
  • Unit 42 steel posts drawn and ordered from fabricator 

In the week ahead

Stage 2

  • Tiling to start
  • Plant room - estimate area coverage and order fire rated materials 
  • Unit 7 take up mod wood and remove waterproofing 
  • Unit 7 & 8 waterproof membrane to be installed 
  • Unit 8 completed waterproof removal and start waterproofing 
  • Unit 20 create falls to drain and hydrepoxy application 
  • Unit 25 - complete floor leveler and hydrepoxy application 
  • Unit 34 - finish plastering and paint balustrade walls 
  • Unit 42 install steel posts manufactured for internal balustrade
  • Unit 45 flood test newly sealed windows and fan 
  • Unit 23 and 42 roof repairs 
  • Unit 21 & 30 install FC sheeting around terrace levels
