  • Tiling started 
  • Unit 7:
    • mod wood labelled, removed and stored 
    • waterproofing 90% completed 
  • Unit 8:
    • completed waterproofing removal 
    • cut reglets 
    • backing foam ans mastic in expansion joints 
  • Unit 20 calculated falls to drain 
  • Unit 21 & 30 privacy screen glass replaced 
  • Unit 25 complete floor leveling and hydrepoxy 
  • Unit 25, 34 & 39 internal consequential damages completed 
  • Unit 34 finished plastering 
  • Unit 42 received steel posts for internal balustrades 
  • Unit 45 flood test newly sealed window and fan 
  • Received and installed FC sheeting around Terrace level to Units 21 & 30

In the week ahead

Stage 2

  • Tiling to continue
  • Unit 7:
    • complete waterproofing removal 
    • cut reglet 
    • epoxy primer and membrane works 
  • Unit 8:
    • epoxy primer
    • bond breaker and membrane works 
  • Unit 7 & 8 waterproofing membrane to be installed in planters 
  • Unit 7 & 8 install water stop angle for balconies 
  • Unit 20 pour leveller to get falls to drain and hydrepoxy 
  • Unit 25 bond breaker and membrane 
  • Unit 23 & 42 roof repairs 
  • Unit 4:
    • air conditioning degas and disconnect 
    • privacy screen removal 
    • remove tiles 
  • Unit 42 install steel posts and support for internal balustrade 
  • Unit 45 complete internal consequential repairs 
  • Plant room, estimate area coverage and order fire rated materials 
  • Continue installation of FC sheeting around Terrace level to Units 21 & 30
