Stage 2

  • Tiling continues: Unit 39 42, 43, and 44 (back balcony) floor tiles down 
  • Unit 4:
    • air conditioning degassed and disconnected
    • old membrane removed 
    • remove tiles
  • Unit 7:
    • completed waterproofing removal 
    • reglets cut 
    • backing foam and mastic in expansion joints 
    • hydrepoxy completed 
  • Unit 7 & 8 waterproofing membrane installed in planters 
  • Unit 7 & 8 water stop angle installed for balconies 
  • Unit 20  started levelling to get falls to drains and hydrepoxy 
  • Unit 25 bond breaker and membrane 
  • Unit 23 & 42 roof repairs 
  • Unit 42 install steel posts and support for internal balustrade 
  • Suspended ceiling under Unit 21 & 30 hung
  • Continued installation of FC sheeting around Terrace level to Units 21 & 30 (80% completed)

    • calculate levels and pour slopes for correct drainage 
  • Unit 7: 
    • epoxy primer 
    • bond breaker

  • Unit 8: 
    • epoxy primer 
    • bond breaker 
    • membrane 
  • Unit 20 finish levelling to get falls to drain and hydrepoxy 
  • Unit 42 finish steel posts and support for internal balustrade
  • Unit 45 complete internal consequential damage 
  • Plant room, estimate area coverage and order fire rated materials 
  • Finish FC sheeting around terrace level to Units 21 & 30 
  • Complete suspended ceiling under Units 21 & 30
