Week commencing 12 September 

  • Marked and broke out render patches on Stage 14 

  • Render repairs completed on Eastern courtyard door reveals started on Stage 14 

  • Roof terrace penetration - 90% completed, area fully cleared of scaffolding and prepared for torch-on application (Wed, Sept 14)

  • Started grinding up old membrane at Level 2 Northern and Western courtyards 

  • Level 8 pergola fixings replaced to stainless steel at Units 802, 803, 804, 805, 806, 807, and 809

  • Unit 207 living room sliding door re-installed - one completed

  • Installed Aluminium angles on new door hobs at Unit 203 and 204 

  • Started to monitor moisture levels at Unit 107 robe and living room ceiling to establish whether leaks have been fixed with waterproofing completed above,

  • Carried out water testing of drain pipes 

  • Started water testing Unit 809 sliding doors and flood tested balcony and broke out wall section for further investigation 

In the week ahead

  • Bathroom works to start in Unit 211 

  • Render repairs to be completed in Stage 14, continue Northern and Western courtyards 

  • Painting works to be completed at Stage 13 and 14 

  • Clean stage 13 and 14 windows 

  • Start torch-on application at Roof terrace, continue grinding Level 2 

  • Continue to replace Level 8 pergola fixings to stainless steel

  • Continue monitoring Unit 107 moisture levels 

  • Investigate Unit 809 sliding door water ingress further
