Week commencing 19 September 

  • Commenced works on Unit 211 bathroom 

  • Render repairs completed on Stage 12, Units 807 and 808

  • Painting at Stage 13 & 14 delayed due to inclement weather 

  • Stage 13 & 14 windows cleaned 

  • Unit 804 window and 705 sliding door water tested

  • Completed preparation of Roof Terrace, commenced priming and torch-on application 

  • Level 2 grinding and preparation for torch-on - 80% completed 

  • Level 7 & 8 pergola fixings have been replaced on the Western and Northern facades

  • Rectification for Unit 809 sliding door water ingress issue has been presented to consultant and EC

  • Rectified main entry downlights, re-painted water damage ceiling from pool area leak 

  • Unit 107 moisture levels monitoring continued 

In the week ahead

  • Complete Unit 211 bathroom and flood test shower recess to confirm effectiveness 

  • Complete preparation at Level 2 for torch-on, complete Roof Terrace slab (excluding upturns)

  • Pour concrete plinth for Roof Terrace BBQ

  • Complete painting works on Stage 13 & 14 

  • Book in a date for stripping Stage 13 & 14 and installation of 15 

  • Start internal repairs on door sills, walls and ceilings at Units 207-211

  • Carry out repair works to Unit 809 sliding door corner flashing 

  • Strip Aluminium Stage 2 and install Stage 3
