Week commencing 26 September 

  • Completed Unit 211 bathroom works, Flood testing of shower recess completed, results being reviewed

  • Completed grinding and coving at Level 2, completed torch-on membrane installation at Roof Terrace slab (excluding upturns)

  • Painting works completed in Stage 13 & 14 

  • Swing stage stripped from Stage 13 & 14

  • Materials delivered for internal repairs on door sills, walls and ceiling at Unit 207 - 211

  • Carried out repair works to Unit 809 sliding door corner flashing 

  • Tiles stripped and screeding done in Unit 810 balcony 

  • Unit 806, 807, and 808 balconies pressure washed and ready for painting 

In the week ahead

  • Level 2 to be pressure washed and primed and ready for torch-on application 

  • Detail Roof Terrace perimeter and concrete plinths 

  • Strip Aluminium scaffold Stage 2 and install Stage 3 

  • Install Swing Stage 15 & 16

  • Start marking and breaking out render patches and balcony soffit corrosion spots at Stage 15 & 16 and Aluminium Stage 3

  • Survey Roof terrace for Reduced Levels 

  • Flood test Level 2 and Roof Terrace areas where new membranes have been installed
