Week commencing 10 October 

  • Commenced torch-on application on Level 2 Northern and Western courtyards

  • Surveyed Reduced Levels of roof terrace

  • Commenced internal repairs on sliding door reveals and hobs 

  • Unit 809 upper level North Eastern corner has been bricked up, flashing has been repaired 

  • Organized and booked in concrete screed pump, tradespersons, and materials for tiling and fencing works

  • Broke out render patches and balcony soffit corrosion spots at Aluminium Stage 3 ready for renderer

  • Changed pergola fixing to stainless steel in Units 810 to 814

In the week ahead

  • Complete torch-on at Level 2 Northern and Western courtyards and commence detail work on hobs and perimeter upturns 

  • Continue internal repairs to Level 2 sliding door reveals, sills and ceilings 

  • Set up and water testing of new roof terrace membrane 

  • Start pouring new concrete plinths for roof terrace and Level 2 fence posts 

  • Commence re-installation of Level 2 Northern and Western courtyard sliding doors
