  • Completed roof terrace and commenced Level 2 perimeter detailing with liquid membrane bandage 

  • Completed water test Level 2 East courtyard

  • Marked out, measured, documented and commenced braking out render patches and balcony soffit corrosion spots at Stage 15 & 16

  • Completed render patches at Alu Stage 3, commenced at Level 2 Northern and Western door reveals

  • Set-out plinths, installed reinforcement and poured concrete for fence posts on Roof Terrace and Level 2 East podium slab

  • Cut out parapet wall section above car park entry for forklift access to load up materials onto Level 2

  • Continued internal repairs to Level 2 sliding door reveals, sills and ceilings at Unit 207

  • Forklift delivered to site

In the week ahead

  • Render and corrosion spot remediation to continue at Stage 15 & 16

  • Paint Alu Stage 3, Unit 806 & 807 balconies

  • Continue with marking out, document and break out balcony soffits at Stage 16

  • Level 2 perimeter detail with bandage to be finished and commence torch-on application to fence plinths at Roof Top and Level 2 

  • Set-out heights for tile screed at Roof Top and Level 2 East podium slab and install perimeter expansion joint

  • Load out and install aluminium scaffolding to Level 2 East curved blade wall

  • Organise inspection and quote for remaining Mega-sealed bathroom works

  • Water test Level 2 West courtyards up to hoist

  • Survey Level 2 North and West podium slabs for heights and prepare plan for tiling works

  • Start Roof Top fence lighting cable works
