  • Load out fencing to Roof Top
  • Completed render patch and corrosion spot repairs at Aluminium Stage 4
  • Continued repairs on Eastern facade curved blade wall and adjoining balconies
  • Installed temporary plywood protection and fencing on street glass awning for Stage 17
  • Completed Megasealed works:
    • Unit 401 en suite
    • Unit 206 bathroom
    • Unit 605 en suite
  • Commenced painting on:
    • Level 2 Eastern facade walls
    • Aluminium Stage 4
    • Roof Top
  • Finished internal plasterboard repairs in all Level 1 and Level 2 Units
  • Tiling continued on Level 2 Eastern podium slab
  • Stripped Stage 15 & 16 roof rigs
  • Installed Stage 17 as the last stage required for render repairs and painting

In the week ahead:

  • Commence fencing installation on Roof Top
  • Continue tiling on Level 2 Eastern and Northern podium slabs
  • Finish render patch and corrosion spot repairs on Eastern curved blade wall and adjoining balconies
  • Complete painting on
    • Aluminium Stage 4
    • Roof Top
    • Level 2 East & North
  • Remove hoist to Roof Top
  • Start repair works to balustrade wall at hoist catwalk section (above Unit 802 balcony)
  • Disconnect Unit 707 A/C unit in order to grind up old membrane underneath
  • Re-install all blinds in Level 2 Units and complete new sill timbers
  • Commence sikaflex expansion joint installation at Roof Top tiling
  • Continue Megasealed bathroom works
