  • Commenced installation of fencing on Roof Top
  • Continued tiling on Level 2 Eastern and Northern podium slabs
  • Finished render patch and corrosion spot repairs on Eastern curved blade wall and adjoining balconies
  • Completed painting on Eastern curved blade wall and adjoining balconies
  • Removed hoist to Roof Top
  • Started repair works to balustrade wall at hoist catwalk section (above Unit 802 balcony)
  • Disconnected Unit 707 A/C unit in order to grind up old membrane underneath
  • Re-installed all blinds in Level 2 Units and completed new sill timbers and skirting boards
  • Commenced painting of walls and ceilings in Level 2 units
  • Commenced sikaflex expansion joint installation at Roof Top tiling
  • Megasealed bathroom works continued in Unit 401, 504, 711 & 802

In the week ahead:

  • Strip scaffold at Eastern curved blade wall and re-install at Western blade wall
  • Complete wall and ceiling paint works to Level 2 and Level 1 units
  • Finish fence installation on Roof Terrace (except for doors) and commence at Level 2 courtyards
  • Finish tiling to Level 2 courtyards up to hoist, including skirting tiles and grouting
  • Continue sikaflex expansion joint installation at Roof Top tiling
  • Finalize Stage 17 installation and commence corrosion and render spot identification and repairs
  • Continue Megasealed bathroom works 
  • Commence Unit 809 sliding door works
