Week commencing 23 January

  • Commenced painting remaining areas on Western, Northern and Eastern facade, broke out render spots at unit 806 balcony
  • Installed temporary protection boards for Level 2 tilers
  • Completed new torch-on membrane to unit 201 and 202 courtyards
  • Electrician roughed-in new fence cablings
  • Completed tiling to Roof Terrace plinth tops and Level 2 skirting up to unit 202 courtyard
  • Completed screeding to unit 810 and 707 balconies.
  • Commenced demolishing unit 809 upper balcony tiles, screed and old sliding doors. 
  • Started render and corrosion spot repairs at Stage 17.
  • Prepare for new water proofing works 
  • Painting completed on Roof Top, Level 2 courtyards (exc. for balustrade walls) and commenced Level 1 unit balconies

In the week ahead:

  • Complete unit 806 balcony repairs
  • Water proofing to unit 707 and 810 balconies
  • Screeding to units 201 & 202 courtyards
  • Re-install unit 201 & 202 sliding doors, commence internal plasterboard repairs
  • Complete Stage 17 render and concrete repairs, commence Stage 5
  • Complete unit 809 upper balcony demolition and works
  • Commence painting at Stage 17
