Stage 2

  • Tiles laid and grouted to Units 25, 28, 29, 40
  • Grouting completed to Unit 42, 43 and 44 back balconies
  • Completed successful flood tests to Units 7 & 8 balconies
  • Reinstalled Units 7 & 8 decking, bearers and joists, with new bearers and joists in Unit 8
  • Completed Unit 42 internal support for balustrade 
  • Units 7 & 8 planters to be fitted with core flute board, drainage cell, geo cloth and refilled with soil.
  • Remove Unit 2 window and install new flashing, then reinstall window
  • Final sand of terrace suspended ceiling
  • Completed Unit 4 and 20 waterproof membrane
  • Completed flood tests to Units 16, 17, 18, 19 for possible spitter adjustment to appropriately drain into gutters
  • Building B Scaffold fully dismantled
  • Building A Scaffold fully dismantled and taken away
  • Unit 40 internal consequential repairs completed

In the week ahead

Stage 2

  • Tiling detailing to be completed
  • Unit 25 metal work to be drawn and ordered
  • Building B Scaffold to be taken away
  • RFI: Building A Stairwell remediation
  • Complete Unit 2 detailing on the exterior of window that received new flashing
  • Tile Units 4 & 20
  • Install Units 21 & 30 hatch to terrace ceiling and paint terrace suspended ceiling
  • Clean Units 16, 17, 18, 19 gutters and down pipes
  • Empty planter adjacent to the back of block B
  • Remove Unit 44 sliding door to deck, remediate hob and waterproof under sub sill
  • Continue Unit 23 water testing to dormer window and report
  • Start internal waterproofing to Unit 15
  • Install new flashing under sub sill to Unit 4
