Stage 2

  • Continue tiling detailing
  • Unit 25
    • Metal work drawn and ordered
    • Started corrugated siding
  • Building B Scaffold to be taken away
  • Building A Stairwell laid out
  • Tiling of Units 4 & 20
  • Emptied planter adjacent to the back of block B and removed 90% of old waterproofing
  • Unit 44
    • Removed sliding door to deck
    • Remediate hob
    • Waterproof under sub sill
  • Unit 23 further water testing to dormer window and report
  • Unit 15
    • Internal waterproofing to external wall
    • Mastic joints completed
  • Block A Deck lights now all LED
  • Unit 6 external mastic works completed
  • Inspection hole to Unit 28 cut
  • Completed Unit 2 detailing on the exterior of window that received new flashing

In the week ahead

Stage 2

  • Tiling detailing to be completed
  • Building A Stairwell
    • Stairs to be leveled out
    • Commence tiling (to commence near end of week)
  • Install hatch to Unit 21 & 30 terrace ceiling and paint terrace suspended ceiling
  • Block B planter
    • Removed existing waterproof
    • Pressure clean surface
    • Start new waterproofing
  • Unit 44 door re installation to front balcony to be completed
  • Unit 4 new flashing under sub sill to be installed
  • Units 4, 25, 39, and 42 AC re-connections
  • Unit 23 spitter to be installed
  • Unit 25 complete corrugated siding
