  • Building A Stairwell risers equalised and leveled out

Stage 2

  • Completed tiling Unit 4 
  • Installed hatch to terrace ceiling (Unit 21 & 30)
  • Block B planter
    • Completed waterproof removal
    • Paint removed from exterior wall and pressure cleaned
  • Unit 44 completed door re-installation on front balcony
  • Reconnected AC to Units 4, 25, 39, and 42 
  • Unit 23 spitter hole core holed and waterproof primer applied
  • Unit 44 spitter hole core holed
  • Plastering of Units 15, 39, 37 and 44 started
  • Unit 25 floating floor installed and complete

In the week ahead

Stage 1

  • Tile stairs to Building A Stairwell 

Stage 2

  • Tiling detailing Unit 20 to be completed
  • Units 21 & 30 terrace suspended ceiling to be painted
  • Block B planter
    • Start waterproofing inside planter
    • Waterproof paint exterior to planter wall
  • Unit 25 complete corrugated siding 
  • Complete plastering works to Units 15, 39 & 44
  • Complete spitters to Unit 44 back balcony
  • Plastering Unit 42 bathroom and balustrade
  • Clean glass block and remediate mould to Unit 36 (to be completed approx. Wednesday)
  •
