Week commencing 24 October 

  • Completed external paintings to Units 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7

  • Completed Unit 1 roof and skirting tiles 

  • Completed Unit 1 balustrade

  • Replaced all broken ground floor tiles to all units and common area

  • Re-instated Unit 10 sprinklers

  • Near completion of Unit 5 splash back tiles

  • Grouted Unit 7 balcony tiles  

In the week ahead

  • Finish external painting for Units 1 and 8

  • Complete splash back tiles for Unit 5

  • Replace broken tiles around spa baths Unit 5 & 7

  • Paint Unit 8 bathroom

  • Tile Unit 1 hob on roof terrace

  • Complete sealant around storm moulds and spas

  • Replaced grout for delap tiles

  • Dismantle scaffold around Unit 1 

  • Dismantle remaining bay of scaffold on Unit 8 

  • Water blast all areas

  • Commence and complete internal 'make good' works for Units 1-4
