Week commencing 31 October 

  • Completed all external paint work to Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8
  • Completed broken tiles around spa baths in Units 5 & 7
  • Completed Unit 1 hob tiles 
  • Completed internal painting to Units 1, 2, 3 & 4 
  • Replaced gyprock ceiling to Unit 6 robe
  • Dismantled all remaining scaffold 
  • Water blasted all areas
  • Completed dilapidation survey to Unit 9 common area and street

In the week ahead

  • Complete sealant around storm moulds
  • Paint Unit 8 bathroom
  • Commence dilapidation survey to Unit 9 and commercial unit
  • Prop awning to Unit 9 facade
  • Erect scaffold for Unit 9 facade works
  • Inspect Unit 9 facade to identify repairs
  • Cut out drummy render to Unit 9 facade
  • Tie in unit 9 brick work with hellifix ties and complete any stitching that is required
  • Remove external brickwork unit 9 facade
  • Remove render as directed in VO 18 Units 5, 6, & 8
