  • Complete demolition of Level 2 courtyard pavings 

  • Prepare area for hoist installation in front of Unit 202

  • Set up extra power boards at Level 2 and roof top 

  • Set out for courtyard fence post plinth 

  • Survey slab levels at eastern Level 2 courtyards

  • Start propping and break out brickwork for flashing repairs 

  • inspect hob detail in Unit 208

  • Strip swing stage 6 & 7 

  • Install swing stage 10 & 11

  • finish render repairs at stage 9 

  • start render repairs at Stage 8, 10, 11 and Aluminium stage 1

  • Start prime and painting stage 9 

  • Window works for Unit 806

  • Reinstall Unit 204 awnings 

In the week ahead

  • Electrician to disconnect Level 2 courtyard lights

  • Start pulling out Level 2 sliding doors and install temporary boarding to living rooms 

  • Prepare to pour new concrete door hobs 

  • Waterproofer to start grinding up old membrane

  • Bricklayer to continue flashing works 

  • Renderer to finish Stage 9 , start Aluminium Stage 1

  • Installation of hoists and scaffolding to roof top 

  • Mark out drummy render at Stage 11

  • Corrosion spot remediation at Unit 305- 705 and 307- 707

  • Try and gain access to Unit 805 for Swing Stage 6 dismantling
