Week commencing 11 July

  • Level 2 courtyard lights disconnected, decks cleared of conduits 

  • Hoists and scaffolding installed to roof terrace 

  • All materials for Level 2 flashing and door sub sill/ hob works are craned up to Level 2 

  • Cavity Flashing works 10% completed 

  • SD sub sill works started with removing doors and temporary installations inside rooms to make it weather proof 

  • Started demolition of Roof terrace planter boxes and fence post and organised the area

  • Render works to Aluminium Stage 1 and Unit 809 repairs

  • Stage 8 and Stage 11 balcony soffit corrosion spot marking out and demolition completed

  • Marked out Stage 11 Render spots  

In the week ahead

  • Continue Level 2 SD sub sill works 

  • Start Level 2 new SD concrete hob works 

  • Continue cavity flashing works 

  • Waterproofer to start grinding up Level 2 existing membrane 

  • Renderer to start spot remediation to Stage 8 corrosion 

  • Painter to start Aluminium Stage 1 works 

  • Set up Level 2 chute to bins 

  • Set up ramps to hoist on roof terrace and to chute on Level 2 

  • Start demolition of roof terrace paving and screed 

  • Swing stage to be moved from Stage 6 to Stage 10

  • Disconnect air conditioning units in Level 2
