  • Completed Unit 806 balcony repairs
  • Completed water proofing to unit 707 and 810 balconies
  • Installed screeding to units 201 & 202 courtyards
  • Re-installed unit 201 & 202 sliding doors, commence internal plasterboard repairs
  • Completed Stage 17 render and concrete repairs, commenced Stage 5
  • Completed unit 809 upper balcony demolition and works
  • Commenced painting at Stage 17 
  • Received last batch of tile delivery
  • Ground up old membrane at the last Level 1 concrete awning on Eastern facade 

In the week ahead:

  • Complete painting and re-sealing around window frames on all remaining areas on facades
  • Water proofing to unit 201 & 202 courtyard screeding
  • Commence tiling to unit 201 & 202 courtyards, complete unit 707 and 810 balconies
  • Complete painting to Stage 17, start on Stage 5
  • Strip and remove Stage 17
  • Strip Stage 5, shift to Level 8 Southern facade (Stage 6)
  • Commence internal plasterboard and timber work repairs at unit 201 and 202 sliding door reveals and ceilings, commence painting
  • Continue Megasealed works
