Week commencing 13 March

  • Install expansion joints to Level 2 tiling  
  • We’ve now fixed all the sliding doors as noted in the Scope of Works! This includes 303, 307, 705, 707, 801, 803, 811 & 813
  • Completed installation of new parapet capping at Level 2 & Roof Terrace
  • Conducted internal repairs to Units 410, 502 & 804
  • Repaired Unit 806, 812 and 804/805 blade wall
  • General clean-up on site and storage areas
  • Commenced investigation to Unit 208 study area leak

In the week ahead

  • Wrap up tiling to Unit 809 upper balcony and install new doors
  • Finish Unit 201 courtyard works – screed, tile and waterproof
  • Continue installation of expansion joints to Level 2 and Roof Terrace tiling
  • Almost there - finish fence and lighting installation to Level 2 and Roof Terrace!
  • Complete all remaining render repairs commence painting works
  • Continue with defect repairs
