  • Commenced tiling at Unit 809 upper balcony 
  • Rectified LVL 2 eastern wide concrete awning waterproofing defect 
  • Installed new torch-on membrane at Unit 814 Roof Terrace rebuilt plinth 
  • Installed new robe joinery at Unit 107 
  • Continued with Sikaflex expansion joint sealant installation at Level 2 and roof terrace skirting tiles 
  • Completed fence installation on Level 2 and roof terrace to 90% 
  • Commenced painting at ground floor Western facade and car park entry sections, completed Roof Top and LVL 2 parapet wall defects 
  • Removed all temporary ply protection from street awning, rectified loose steel member connections 
  • Installed new handrail at shop 4 car park side entry door 
  • Continued with defect repairs 

In the week ahead

  • Finish tiling Unit 809 upper balcony including skirting and grouting, commence internal repairs and render corner brickwork 
  • Install new set of doors at Unit 809 Upper Level living room 
  • Install hydrepoxy membrane and tiling at Unit 201 courtyard missing section (next to parapet wall cut-out)
  • Screed and hydrepoxy membrane around Unit 814 Roof Terrace rebuilt plinth 
  • Finish new lights installation on Level 2 and Roof Terrace fencing 
  • Continue painting at ground floor Western Facade and car park entry sections 
  • Complete Sikaflex joint sealant installation at LVL 2 and Roof Terrace skirting tiles
