Week commencing 4 July

  • Flood test for Building A courtyard completed
  • Removed the door from Unit 30 (3 days of rain prevented waterproofing and reinstallation.)
  • With the door removed from Unit 30 latent wall conditions repaired
  • Hob beneath unit 30 door prepared with angle ready for waterproofing
  • Bearers and Joists continue to go down in Building A
  • Electricians installed power board to building B scaffold
  • Block work in corner of Unit 11 rebuilt
  • Reglets completed for waterproofer
  • Removed the Extraction fan from its mount in the plant room and had a consultant in to review, and report. Fan has been remounted, connected and tested.
  • Glass was replaced on Unit 30 balcony

In the week ahead

  • Leveling on uneven slab on terrace
  • Waterproofing terrace

  • Waterproofing under unit 30 door and reinstall door

  • Bearers and Joist should near completion and decking start.

  • Electricians to return conduit and cables along bearers and joists in prep for lighting to be reinstated

  • Another water stop installed at the end of Building A courtyard as requested

  • Vandex Plug storm water detention tank

  • Consequential repairs to the interior of Unit 21

  • Building B blue board repairs to continue
