Week commencing 8 August

Stage 1 

  • Tiling terrace around Unit 21 and 30 - all tiles have been laid. Grout 98% complete
  • Timber decking in Block A continues, bridges removed and access freed up on Block A
  • Balustrade re-installation started
  • Drain installed to Block A and top coat small area previously covered with protection 
  • Block A roof variation completed.

Stage 2

  • Compiling of dilapidation and contacts continued
  • Internal glass block works on Unit 45, 46, and 38 completed
  • Unit 45 plasterboard repair around window completed
  • Spitter holes for Unit 42, 43, and 44 cored
  • Balconies 39 and 44 tiles and old waterproofing removed

In the week ahead

Stage 1 

  • Tiling terrace around 21 and 30 to grouting and silicon joints to be completed
  • Balustrade re-installation to be completed
  • Timber decking to continue in Block A
  • Internal mould damage repair to Unit 20

Stage 2

  • Repair hob on Unit 39
  • Build hob on Unit 44
  • Fix blue board to hobs on 42 and 43 to get 150 mm height for waterproofing 
  • Level slope and waterproof prime Units 39, 42, 43, and 44
  • Remove tiles and waterproofing on Units 29 & 28 
  • Water test for new leak to Unit 42
  • Flood test Unit 40 balcony
