  • Complete tile removal from Units 2, 3 & 4
  • Remove existing wall and tiles to Unit 1
  • Remove existing courtyard water proofing 
  • Remove form work and existing balustrade and form up hob for new balustrade
  • Spalling repairs in garage

In the week ahead

  • Complete asbestos removal
  • Complete courtyard deck waterproofing
  • Start entrance floor tile removal
  • Start balustrade removal
  • Start dividing wall Unit 8 removal
  • Disconnect Unit 2 A/C
  • Start V cut courtyard skylight and fill with sealant
