  • Continue with spalling repair
  • Start spalling repair in unit 1 garage area
  • Remove unit 1 dividing wall
  • Balustrade removal
  • Complete floor grinding of common area and units
  • Break out tile bed to units entrance ways
  • Clean site

In the week ahead

  • Prop up entrance ways
  • Continue bottle jacking walls and remove brickwork for waterproofing and cavity flashing
  • Start drilling starter bars for balustrade/dividing wall hobs
  • Complete floor grinding
  • Continue with spalling repair and infill with HB40 
  • Form hobs for new balustrade and dividing walls 
  • Remove Unit 2 A/C unit 
  • Decommission Unit 2 boiler 
  • Cap off any outside water pipe that are in the way of any works
  • Replace timer to garage area
  • Remove podium lights to common area
  • Clean site
