Week commencing 27 February

  • Prop up entrance ways
  • Continue bottle jacking walls and remove brickwork for waterproofing and cavity flashing
  • Start drilling starter bars for balustrade/dividing wall hobs
  • Complete floor grinding
  • Continue with spalling repair and infill with HB40 
  • Form hobs for new balustrade and dividing walls 
  • Remove Unit 2 A/C unit 
  • Decommission Unit 2 boiler 
  • Cap off any outside water pipe that are in the way of any works
  • Replace timer to garage area
  • Remove podium lights to common area
  • Clean site  

In the week ahead

  • Complete removal of bricks for waterproofing and cavity flashing
  • Start infill of cavity with a 45 angle of concrete for waterproofing
  • Complete form work for balustrade hob and pour (weather dependant)
  • Drill hole in slab for electric cable
  • Start starter bar's for dividing wall hobs
  • Complete floor grinding of common areas and units
